Chickpeas Classification

Chickpeas, also known as Garbanzo Beans, are one of the most nutritious legumes, rich in protein, fiber, and essential vitamins. They come in two main varieties: Kabuli Chana (large, white, smooth) and Desi Chana (small, dark, rough-textured).

3. Green Chickpeas (Hare Chane) – Origin: India, Afghanistan

Size: Medium (5-10mm), fresh and tender
